2025 Junior/Senior Prom
- Date: April 26, 2025
- Time: 7:00-10:30 p.m. (Students must arrive no later than 7:30 and stay until at least 10:00 pm.)
- Location: Fountain Square Theatre (Parking Map)
- Theme: Roaring 20’s
- Attire: Formal
- Who can attend: Juniors & Seniors only. Freshmen are not allowed, even as guests. See policy below for guests who are from another school.
- Cost: Tickets are $50 and can be purchased online below. Deadline to purchase is April 25, 2025. If a student needs to pay by cash or check, they should see Mr. Reel in the Student Life office.
Students attending can request to bring a guest who is not a current Bishop Chatard High School student, under the following parameters:
Any guest must be:
- At least in the 10th grade
- Cannot be more than one year removed from high school and cannot be over the age of 19.
- Former BCHS students who have withdrawn from the school are not permitted to attend dances.
The BCHS student must complete and submit the OUTSIDE GUEST REQUEST FORM along with their parent.
PLEASE SUBMIT THE OUTSIDE GUEST FORM PRIOR TO PURCHASING TICKETS.
Open the Outside Guest Form- The GUEST FORM requests the name and contact info for both the guest’s parent and an administrator at the school the guest attends.
- Upon submission, a form will be emailed to the guest parent requesting permission and a form will be sent to the school administrator for verification that the student is in good standing at their current school.
- All forms must be completed for the guest to be admitted to the dance.
- The OUTSIDE GUEST FORM is due Tuesday April 22.
Notes: You must be logged in to your BCHS email to open the form. If a guest is no longer in high school, enter “N/A” when asked for school administrator info. See Mr. Boyle with any questions regarding this policy.
