Come and see what this up and coming sport is all about! First practice will be Mon., Aug. 19, 2024, at Riverwood Park, 7201 Crittenden Avenue.
Ongoing practices will be on Monday/Wednesday, 6 p.m.-8 p.m. The season consists of 4 games on Sundays: Sept. 22 & 29; Oct. 6 & 13.
This is a great way to try out rugby, as rugby 7s is a variant of rugby in which teams are made up of seven players playing seven-minute halves, instead of the usual 15 players playing 40-minute halves.
