Tuition Work Program

The BCHS Tuition Work Program provides an opportunity to work at premier venues (which could include Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Notre Dame Stadium) and earn money that can be applied to the tuition of a BCHS student of your choice.

  • Members who register from our community will work together, when possible.
  • Pay ranges from $12-$30/hour, depending on the event.
  • Money is directly credited to the account of the student(s) of your choice.
  • Other family members, friends, and students over 16 can work for the student of their choice.
  • After initial registration in the program, we’ll send you information as events are open, and you can sign up for as many as you want depending on your availability.

How to Apply for the Program

EACH person participating must complete the following two (2) forms to register for the program and work events:

Form I: US Form W-9.

This completed form will be submitted to Bishop Chatard.

  • Open the W9 Form Here
  • A Taxpayer ID number (SSN or Employee ID Number) is needed on the form.
  • You can type into the form and save it to your computer.
  • You cannot SIGN the form electronically. You’ll need to print off your partially completed form and then sign it.
About the W-9 Form and Security The W-9 contains sensitive information and should be handled securely.

  • Submitting the W-9 in paper form: Paper forms can be brought to the BCHS Business Office in care of Bob Bell, Tuition Manager.
  • Submitting the W-9 electronically: Electronic versions of the W-9 can be uploaded into the BCHS registration form below. This BCHS form is specially encrypted and password-protected to ensure secure transmission and delivery throughout the process.

Converting a Paper Form to Electronic
If you do not have access to a scanner, you can take a photo of the W-9 with your cell phone. Then, use your phone to complete the BCHS registration form below and upload the W-9 photo during submission. Be sure to delete the photo from your phone when finished.

For security reasons, we strongly suggest you DO NOT send the W-9 to BCHS in an email.

While we understand that emergencies happen, it is expected that if you sign up for an event, you will attend. If in the rare circumstances you can’t attend, please find a replacement to cover your committed shift. Failure to show up may result in not being able to work future events.
Some events are open to students over 16 years of age. This information will be available when you sign up for the event.
Experience is a plus but no experience is required. Please know that some events do require standing up for extended periods of time, light lifting and operation of point of sale register/equipment.
There could be tasks at events that require an alcohol license. If you don’t have a State Alcohol License, opportunities will be available to become certified, and you will be notified via email. BCHS will reimburse the cost to acquire an alcohol license.
