A three-sport athlete with 11 varsity letters in soccer, basketball and track & field, Addison Duncan loves sports and competition, and that spirit earned her one of the top honors for senior athletes in the area, the 2024 Female City Athlete of the Year.
Duncan was named to the All-City soccer team all four years of high school and was a three-time selection to the All-Circle City Conference team. She was a four-year state finalist in track. Although she didn’t expect to play basketball, she ended up on two Class 3A Regional title teams as she focused on defense and rebounds for the team.
Her leadership and care for everyone on the team stood out on any sport she played.
She plans to attend Purdue, studying veterinarian medicine, but playing in club sports there.
