BCHS students will be joining in prayer this week as follows:
  • Dec. 3 (Tues): Advent Reconciliation Service: during the first period class. Students should report to their first period class, and your teacher will let you know when you will head to reconciliation.

  • Best Buddies Callout: Dec.5 (Thurs): During Seminar is the Main Gym. Email Mrs. Bultinck (abultinck@bishopchatard.org) for more info.
  • Christmas Cookie Baking Contest: Signup by Dec. 4 (Wed): Judging will take place Dec. 5 during Seminar. Bring in your finest cookies! Open to teachers and students.
    • Cookies will be judged on taste and appearance. The judges are Mrs. Kirschner, Mrs. Wilson, and Asher Bolen.
    • Drop off your cookies on Thursday morning in Mr. Reel's office in the cafeteria
    • Signup closes Wed, Dec. 4 at 8 pm

Area 1 Opportunities: Service to BCHS, Parish or Faith Community

  • Trojan Tots Service: After school each day: see Ms. Katra in guidance for more information! Sign Up Here
  • Tutoring - Peer Tutor Club: If you are in National Honors Society/Spanish National Honors Society/SUMMA, if you need service hours, or if you just want to help your fellow classmates, then you can join the Peer Tutor Club! Fill out the survey and someone from Guidance will contact you when someone is looking for a tutor. Email Ms. Katra (skatra@bishopchatard.org) for more details.

  • Free SAT, AP, and Math Tutoring via Schoolhouse.world for grades 8-12. Free tutoring for SATs, math courses, and Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Live small-group tutoring via Zoom will focus on SAT reading, writing, and math as well as AP course tutoring in calculus, statistics, chemistry, biology, physics, and computer science.
