Bishop Chatard It's been a rough stretch for the injury-plagued Trojans (6-9), who've lost five consecutive games, but coach Bill Silvey isn't discouraged. "We've got three people with various degrees of concussions that they suffered during the course of a game, and we've got two other starters dinged up," he said. "(In a loss to Greenfield-Central 62-39 on Tuesday night) we finished up with five people. Everyone else was in the training room." Losses to the Cougars (10-4) and Lafayette Jeff (13-3) are the only ones by more than 10 points. All five teams the Trojans played during the losing streak have 10 or more wins. "I'm pleased with the effort but not satisfied with the results," Silvey said. "I can't ask any more of the kids because they're playing hard. We just need to play a little smarter and need to be more aggressive -- more aggressive to the ball and more aggressive to the basket. We have glimpses and minutes of that, and we show the kids that's what we want to build on." Copyright 2008 IndyStar.com. All rights reserved
